New York Landing consists of 331 single family homes that were built in the late 1980's.
Most of these homes are built in the "Town House" style, with 4 or more units attached. About half of these attached single family homes (the official designation) are "on the water", meaning they abut a deep water channel that was built as part of the community. Most of these water front homes have private or semi-private docks.
There are around 100 single family detached homes which have larger lots, but are not on the water.
